- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Today I came in with my housemate who needed to have a very sensitive legal document signed by a JP. A male pharmacist, reduced her to tears due to his rudeness and insensitive behavior. While she ran out of the store I noticed that he had actually rolled his eyes and shook his head at the older woman working at the front counter with him. Working in this kind of industry, there are all sorts of people that are unwell coming into your store for help and services. Perhaps your staff need a refresher on your sensitivity training as I am 100% sure that isn't how you treat someone suffering with existing mental health issues.Molly Rose KilmisterNovember 12, 2017
